IMPORTANT NOTICE:

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Credible Light Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the RR TV streaming platform, website, mobile applications, digital services, and related features (collectively, the “Platform”).

 

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

 

1. DEFINITIONS

 

“Account” means a registered user account created to access certain Platform features.

 

“Content” means all movies, series, videos, audio, images, text, graphics, software, metadata, and other materials available through the Platform.

 

“User Content” means any content submitted, uploaded, transmitted, or otherwise provided by users.

 

“Services” means all streaming, subscription, digital content, and related services provided by Credible Light Inc.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

 

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that your use complies with applicable laws.

 

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

 

Certain features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

 

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. You must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

 

4. USE OF SERVICES

 

Subject to these Terms, Credible Light Inc. grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes.

 

You may not:

- copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Platform Content without authorization;

- reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Platform;

- use automated systems to scrape or collect Platform data;

- bypass security, access controls, or digital rights management systems;

- use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

 

5. DIGITAL CONTENT AND STREAMING ACCESS

 

Content availability may vary based on geographic location, licensing agreements, technical limitations, and business decisions.

 

The Company does not guarantee that any specific Content will remain available indefinitely.

 

Streaming quality may depend on internet connection, device capabilities, geographic location, and network conditions.

 

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

 

Certain features may require payment, including subscriptions, rentals, purchases, or premium access.

 

You authorize the Company and its payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and related charges.

 

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable. Subscription cancellation procedures will be provided through the applicable Platform interface.

 

The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, and available features with reasonable notice where required.

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

 

All Platform Content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, technology, and materials are owned by or licensed to Credible Light Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

 

No ownership rights are transferred to you. Any unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

 

8. USER CONTENT

 

If the Platform permits User Content submissions, you retain ownership of your User Content.

 

By submitting User Content, you grant Credible Light Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and process such content solely for operating, improving, marketing, and providing the Services.

 

You represent that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to submit such content.

 

9. PROHIBITED CONTENT

 

Users may not submit or transmit content that:

- violates applicable law;

- infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;

- contains fraud, harassment, threats, hate speech, or unlawful material;

- contains malicious software or attempts to compromise security.

 

The Company may remove or restrict access to prohibited content.

 

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

 

The Platform may include third-party services, advertisements, payment processors, analytics providers, or external links.

 

Credible Light Inc. does not control and is not responsible for third-party services or their practices.

 

11. PRIVACY

 

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.

 

12. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

 

The Company may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or otherwise create risk to the Platform or other users.

 

Termination does not affect provisions that survive by their nature.

 

13. DISCLAIMERS

 

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDIBLE LIGHT INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.

 

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDIBLE LIGHT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

 

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

 

15. INDEMNIFICATION

 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Credible Light Inc. from claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and legal fees arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or User Content.

 

16. COPYRIGHT AND DMCA POLICY

 

Credible Light Inc. respects intellectual property rights. Copyright infringement claims may be submitted pursuant to applicable copyright laws and Company procedures.

 

17. GOVERNING LAW

 

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

 

The Company may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

 

19. SEVERABILITY

 

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

 

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

 

These Terms, together with applicable policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Credible Light Inc. regarding use of the Platform.
